customer email portals

RMG has the ability to setup special email portals for our customers. This allows a convenient way for our customers to make pickup requests, ask questions, report issues and provide feedback to our RMG customer service team assigned to that specific customer or customer location. All email portals end with the address “”. For example, a portal might be set up for “”.

When a customer sends any communication to that email portal, RMG’s customer service team along with any specified customers will receive the email. Responses are then sent to the same email portal which allows all participants in the group to be “on the same page”.

We believe communication is vital to the success of any program and to the successful partnership between RMG and our customers. We have found that using the email portal system allows us to better serve our customers, track all correspondence, and assure that we are responding quickly to all of our customer’s specific needs.
